You are free to arrange for pick-up of the swatch kit and finished product through your preferred courier / logistics partner.
We can ship the kit within seven working days to the address provided by you on payment of the courier/shipping charges, as mentioned above.
1) Choose your fibre | Select from our existing range or we can custom source it for you
Choose from a wide variety of yarns like GOTS certified Organic Cotton, Linen, Eri Silk, Tencel, Modal, Bamboo, Hemp and Recycled Cotton.
You can also make blended fabrics with these fibres - the option of using two different yarns in the warp and the weft is also a possibility. For knitted fabricsthe same can be achieved and lycra can be mixed as well.
2) Choose Dyeing | Yarn Dyeing or Fabric Dyeing
We use Pantone, a universal colour-matching system, as colour reference. Yarn is dyed in cones and then woven or knitted into fabrics.
Dyeing is possible using azo-free and natural (vegetable) dyes. Interesting possibilities can be achieved by using different coloured warp and weft.
They can be dyed after being made into fabrics either in high end soft-flow machines or by hand for garment tie and dye methods(shibori).
3) Fabric Design and Composition
Get your sample fabric woven or knitted according to your design and composition. Once satisfied we can stitch it into product of your choice using the tech pack you provide. Or you can choose from our existing rage of patterns, designs and sihouettes.

Wovens:
Once you have selected your yarn, composition, weight and colour, our team will process your request and provide you with a 14inch x 0.5 mtr bitloom sample. Once this sample is approved it will be taken up for bulk production. This process ensures clarity of colour combination, fabric construction and drape to prevent complications during production.
Prints:
We offer a range of printing techniques like hand-block, batik, screen and digital, to bring your designs to life the way you had envisioned.
Embroideries:
Add interesting details to the fabric surface using hand and machine embroidery techniques.
4) Sample Product creation
Send us your specification sheet of apparel or home furnishing products for sample creation.
You can send us your existing product to start from that or just replicate it.
Our sampling team comprising of our merchandisers, pattern master, tailors, and finishing team is ready to translate your ideas into reality.
